Johan Rosendahl is the MD of Symsoft, the Operator Division of CLX Communications, and he is responsible for driving growth and overall efficiency in the organization.
Johan Rosendahl brings 20 years of experience from the telecom and mobile value added services industry to the company. He has held several senior management positions internationally and in Sweden. Prior to joining Symsoft, Johan Rosendahl worked as management consultant within the mobile value added services space. Johan holds an MSc in Business Administration from University of Linköping.
VP Global Sales
Robert Arcon is VP of Global Sales at Symsoft and responsible for revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
Robert Arcon brings a broad industry experience with 20 years in the industry combined with extensive international experience through working worldwide and also living in the Middle East. He has held various senior management positions within sales and business development at Ericsson and Aastra (today Mitel). Robert holds an MSc from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, Sweden.

Thomas Babtist is VP of Research & Development at Symsoft and responsible for the development of Symsoft’s technical platform.
Thomas Babtist has more than 20 years of experience from various technical and management positions in the IT and telecommunications industry. He has an MSc in Computer Science and Technology from Linköping Institute of Technology.
VP Customer Services (Currently responsible for major M&A Integration Projects)
Birgitta Jonsson is VP of Customer Services and responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers.
Birgitta Jonsson has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry, the larger part within telecommunications where she has successfully worked for both system suppliers and mobile operators. She holds an MBA in e-Business from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a BSc in Mathematics/Computer Science from University of Umeå.
VP Product Management
Petter Näslund is responsible for guiding the overall portfolio of products and services to ensure company growth and profitability. As a part of that role, he also drives business development initiatives and advocates for operators to embrace change in an industry in the midst of a tremendous transformation.
Petter Näslund brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. He has an international background and has held senior level positions within sales and product management for telecom vendors based in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and the Nordics. Petter holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, USA.
Leif Östling is CTO at Symsoft and responsible for the strategic technical direction of next generation network, cloud network, machine intelligence and Internet of Things as well as supporting the company’s business strategy.
Leif Östling has solid industry experience with a broad range of specialties including telecom and software architecture, systems analysis and design, requirements specification and cloud computing.
Leif has been the primary architect in establishing the Symsoft Cloud Core Network and the Symsoft approach of bringing ‘as a service’ telco services to the operator community in close cooperation with customers. Leif has also played a key role in the GSMA Connected Living programme where he contributed to the global evolution of Subscription Management (Embedded SIM specifications). Leif holds an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Luleå University of Technology.
Acting VP Customer Services
Martin Carlsson is VP of Customer Services and responsible for onboarding new customers and supporting existing customers.
Martin Carlsson has more than 30 years experience from the IT industry, the larger part as senior executive within telecommunications and media where he has successfully worked for both System Integrators, Telecom and Media Operators. He has a deep experience of IT driven transformations, strategy and enterprise architecture in the BSS/OSS area. Martin holds a BSc in Systems Sciences and Analyses from University of Östersund and has Senior Officer training from the Swedish Armed Forces.
