After twenty years of operation the messaging market continues to grow, presenting concrete business opportunities for operators. At Symsoft, we work closely together with our operator customers worldwide, helping you grasp new revenue opportunities and reduce total cost of ownership. Now, we build on our messaging expertise and increase our focus on helping you harvest the messaging opportunity. We have recently appointed a new Vice President for our Business Unit Messaging, Janne Hazell, bringing 20 years of industry experience to Symsoft. This month he shares his thoughts on the operator opportunity related to Enterprise or A2P Messaging.

Another area attracting interest is cloud-based services. Virtualization of messaging services can help you as an operator reduce costs for hardware and administration, improve load-sharing and decrease time-to-market.
