Symsoft and simfonics sign expanded partnership agreement to jointly market M2M services
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, 10 May 2011 – Symsoft, a trusted expert and supplier of charging and messaging solutions for mobile operators, have signed a renewed partnership agreement with Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) and machine-to-machine (M2M) specialist Simfonics.
Symsoft and Simfonics have signed an extended partnership agreement appointing Simfonics as a primary managed service partner for Symsoft’s charging and messaging solutions. Simfonics is an international MVNE with operations in Europe, USA and Latin America, serving Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and M2M operators.
Simfonics services are to be based on Symsoft’s MVNO solution integrating a full range of messaging services, complete online charging as well as packet data nodes in one platform. The all-in-one Symsoft MVNO solution has been designed to create new business propositions with short time-to-market, at the lowest total cost of ownership (TCO).
Under the partnership agreement the partners will also jointly market M2M solutions for mobile network and M2M operators. The services will be provided under a managed service offering.
