STOCKHOLM, Sweden, 15th November 2010 – Symsoft, a leading supplier of charging and messaging solutions, today announced that Zain Bahrain has selected Nobill USSD Gateway from Symsoft.
Zain Bahrain, a leading mobile and data services operator in the Middle East, has chosen Nobill USSD Gateway (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) from Symsoft, to simplify customer interaction through a set of smart interactive services. Nobill USSD is an advanced messaging solution that enables subscribers to purchase mobile content & services, access entertainment and information services, and handle self management.
Subscribers now have easier access to the latest Zain services, news and promotions, thanks to the menu-driven interactive service that the Nobill USSD solution offers. Considering the broad functionality of the platform, Nobill USSD also has the capability to support advanced future messaging services.
Mr. Hamad Mohammed Al Romaihi, Network Director, Zain Bahrain, states “The excellent collaboration between the teams and Symsoft’s focus on customer satisfaction in rapidly changing markets, makes them the ideal choice for our USSD platform in Bahrain”.
The menu-driven service makes the Nobill USSD solution easy to use, and one of the benefits is that, at introduction, new services can be immediately presented to consumers, negating the need of costly promotions.
