Kjell Arvidsson

Kjell joined Symsoft in 2009 and brings 25 years of experience in the telecom and wireless industry, initially from the operator TeliaSonera and later at Ericsson. Kjell has held various management positions within marketing, product management and sales in Sweden, United Kingdom and China. Founded Ericsson IPX AB in 2002 together with Björn Zethraeus and successfully developed the company until 2005.

Birgitta Jonsson                                                                                                                                       VP Customer Services

Birgitta Jonsson joined Symsoft in 2006 and has 20 years experience from the IT industry, of which 13 years were spent within telecommunications. Birgitta has an MBA in e-Business from Blekinge Institute of Technology and a BSc in Mathematics/Computer Science from University of Umeå.

Thomas Babtist joined Symsoft in 2005 and has 15 years experience from various technical and management positions in the IT and telecommunications industry. Thomas has an MSc in Computer Science and Technology from Linköping Institute of Technology.

Madeleine  Mats                                                                                                                         HR Director

Madeleine Mats joined Symsoft in 2009. Madeleine has 15 years experience from the IT and telecommunications industry as HR Director. She spent the last 9 years at Laird Technologies (Allgon) working as an HR Director with responsibility for Europe. Madeleine holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University Program in Stockholm. 

Petter Näslund                                                                                                                            
VP Sales Europe/Asia

Petter returned to Sweden and joined Symsoft in 2009 after more than 15 years in the US and Central Europe. He brings over a decade of international sales and marketing experience from the telecom value added services sector and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University (USA). 

Björn Zethraeus                                                                                                                         Business Development

Björn joined Symsoft in 2009 and brings 20 years of experience in the Telecom Industry. He has been working with "mobile internet" solutions since 1997 when heading the mobile internet business in China for Ericsson. Björn has held several different management positions within Ericsson in Sweden and Asia. He founded Ericsson IPX in 2002 together with Kjell Arvidsson and successfully developed the company until 2006. Since leaving Ericsson,  Björn has worked as management consultant and interim manager at various mobile network operators and mobile marketing companies. Björn holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.

Janne Hazell                                                                                                                               
VP Business Area Messaging

Janne joined Symsoft in 2010, bringing over 20 years of telecom experience. With more than 10 of those years in the area of Messaging, Janne has a strong understanding of the business area. He has previously held various positions in the areas of sales and product management, both domestically and internationally. Janne worked with Björn and Kjell at Ericsson IPX AB as CTO before he left the company in the end of 2006. Janne holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.

Jan Nyrén

VP Business Area Charging                                                                                            

Jan Nyrén joined Symsoft in 2008. He brings more than a decade of telecom experience, mostly from the area of charging, IMS and OSS at Ericsson. He has previously held various positions in R&D, sales, system- and product management. He holds an MSc degree from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm, and studies in Economics from School of Economics and Management at Uppsala University, Sweden.

Robert Arcon joined Symsoft in 2010 and brings more than 10 years of international experience from the telecom industry where he has held various senior management positions within sales and business development at Ericsson and Aastra Technologies in Sweden and the U.A.E. Robert holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, Sweden and studies in Economics from School of Economics and Management at Lund University, Sweden.

Mikael Calais

Mikael joined Symsoft in 2005 and brings 25 years of experience in the wireless industry, initially from 16 years at Ericsson and later at American Companies within mobile systems and network services in different international sales positions for Europe, USA and Latin America. He holds an MSc degree from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm, and an international business certificate from California State University, Los Angeles.
